"Terrible experience"
I made a purpurchase after thoroughly checking the site thinking it was reputable. The email coconfirmation though had me thinking this was maybe not a good place to purchaelse.purchase. seemed shady. This was Sunday evevening. Monday morning I emailed to cancel. They told me "sure, but it's 30% cancel fee." I said, well ur site says 20%....crickets. I talked to my bank and then emailed them saying this requires a full refund as you were dishonest off the bat. They said they would refund me and two days later without notice a poor tortoise always on my porch with no one home. I am not waiting on this, I have n9 knowledge it is coming, I am expecting a refund. I arrive home from the middle of my work day to "SAVE" this animal and I email them. They say, "want to sent the tortoise back".
I am disappointed and disgusted that a poor animal would be trtreated like this. And the company to behave like this shoes they are not a good company. They do not offer help after purchase, they dont even read and comprehend the emails you send them.
If they are still in business . Steer clear
They are shady and inhumane. I sure hope this little guy lives and I hope mostly this ccompany gets shut down. Go to Morphmarket
"Pretty easy to use overall"
I found what I needed quickly, which was nice. Checkout was simple enough too, though a few pages loaded a little slower than I expected. I’d be curious if others had the same issue, but overall it was an easy experience.

"Felt ignored right after paying"
After I placed my order, the support really wasn’t great. I had what I thought was a basic question, and right away I assumed it would be a quick answer, but the replies were slow and kind of vague. Maybe I’m jumping to conclusions, but it felt like once they got my money, helping me wasn’t a priority anymore.

I had a good experience here. They took the time to answer my questions, and from what I could tell, the breeders seem to be responsible and genuinely care about what they’re doing. I think other customers would probably appreciate how open and helpful they are too.

My tortoise order did eventually arrive, so that was good, but the shipping updates was spotty and it came later than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average overall.

I was a little unsure about ordering online, so I checked the guarantee and refund details before buying. it was easy to follow and made me feel a lot more comfortable. Relief.
When I had a quick question about it, I didn’t get bounced around or given vague answers. Everything was clear and straightforward, which I really appreciate. Simple

"Arrived fast and safe"
It showed up quickly, and the little guy was packed really safely. I don’t think there were any issues at all, at least none that I noticed. Overall, everything seemed totally fine.

"Pretty reliable, but updates felt lacking"
I ordered from them once and overall it went okay. The site seemed legit, and support did answer my question eventually, but I did feel a bit ignored when I was waiting for shipping updates. I had to keep checking myself instead of getting clear info. Still a decent experience overall, just not perfect. 4 stars from me.

"Packaging was REALLY solid"
My tortoise showed up packed super well, and everything felt really secure. The box was sturdy, the padding was good, and there was no mess or damage at all. You can tell they actually took their time with it. i was PRETTY impressed with the packaging.

"Took a little while to get a reply"
Support did get back to me eventually, but it was a bit slower than I expected. Not terrible or anything, just one of those situations where you’re checking your email, then checking the app, then wondering if you missed a notification, like when you’re waiting on a delivery update, a restaurant pickup text, or a friend who said they’d reply “in a minute.” Once they answered, it was fine, but the wait stood out

"Care info was decent, but not super detailed"
The care info was helpful overall, but a few sections felt a little too brief (like they could’ve used more examples or detail). It wasn’t bad by any means, just kind of okay.

"Healthy little tortoise arrived just fine"
My baby tortoise showed up looking really healthy and alert. Its eyes were nice and clear, the shell looked great, and once it warmed up a bit, it started moving around quickly.
The packaging was solid, and the heat pack was still nice and warm when it arrived. I was nervous about having a live animal shipped, but it went way better than I expected.
It’s been eating and acting totally normal since the first day. I’m really happy with how healthy and settled in it was right away

"Pretty sure the species was right, but the sexing was off"
They got the species right, at least from what I can tell, but I’m not so sure about the sexing. I could be missing something, but it looks like that part was wrong.

"Amazing baby tortoises from tortoise town!"
my husband and I purchased a pair of baby Sulcata Tortoise’s around Christmas time. The packaging was great. They had a heat pack, they were very active and we’ve had them since. We’re very happy with the service as well as the time they took to explain the habitat when we had questions.
